Balmoral Australia was formed in 1974 by the late Bob Oatley AO, BEM, a respected businessman, yachtsman, philanthropist and winemaker.
Today, Balmoral Australia is chaired by Bob’s son Sandy Oatley, together with board members and siblings Ian Oatley and Rosalind Oatley.
Balmoral Australia is engaged in the tourism, wine, maritime services and investment sectors. We invest in operating businesses, real assets and direct and indirect financial investments.
Balmoral Australia is based in Sydney with operations spanning New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. We employ over 1,300 people nationally.
